Return & Exchange Policy

At Curex Skincare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all our skincare products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Curex Skincare will NOT provide an exchange simply based on change of mind. You must provide satisfactory proof of purchase and a valid reason for exchange.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, and the exchange is sought within 7-10 working days of the placement of the order.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events are not returnable or exchangeable. If it is our error, you will not be charged for the delivery of return and exchange products.

Process for Return & Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, message us on our social media platforms or email us at customersupport@curexpk.com
  2. Provide Proof: Share clear pictures/videos of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order details.
  3. Approval & Processing: Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or replacement within 7-10 working days.
  4. Refund Policy: We currently do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be compensated with a replacement product or store credit for future purchases.
  5. Support and inquiries: If you have any questions or concerns about your order, items, or return and exchange policy, please contact us by WhatsApp or email address, mentioned on website.

Important Notes:

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

·         If we made a mistake, you will not be charged for return and exchange product delivery.

  • We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange request if the product does not meet our policy conditions.
